You’ll also be able to track your order every step of the way until it arrives.

We collaborate with talented designers from around the globe—many of whom handcraft your lingerie with care in their studios. Be sure to check each product page for specific shipping and processing details by clicking "view details." Please note that items may arrive in separate shipments.

Holiday Shipping Notice: We recommend placing your orders early during the holiday season to avoid potential delays. While we always strive to meet our estimated shipping timelines, delivery dates can sometimes be affected by factors outside our control.

Customs & Duties: If your order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to customs duties and import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to decline delivery due to these charges, you’ll still be responsible for shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. You can view the origin of your item on the product page or in your shopping cart.

Shipping Perks: We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100. For international customers, shipping rates are calculated at checkout via DHL or the designer's regional courier service.
